The hotel has a fitness center with LifeFitness cardio equipment, including four treadmills, two elliptical machines, and an upright bike. It has free weights, medicine balls, and a full set of yoga mats.

What’s more, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast for up to three children under 12 years old who are staying in the same room as their parents. Kids’ menus are available on request. In addition to the fitness center, Sofitel New York offers a bar and a restaurant called Gaby that serves French cuisine.
